To commemorate the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the Kasthuri Sreenivasan Culture Centre and in memory of our Founder Trustee Shri Kasthuri Sreenivasan, the first Inter-Collegiate Quiz competition exclusively for textile students was conducted in the year 2013.
Based on the responses and the feedback received from “Quiz Competition 2013″, it was decided to conduct this competition biennially.
The objective of the quiz is to expand the role of the Trust in promoting textiles to more and more people in the country and carry forward the dream of our Founder Trustee to take textiles and the technological developments in this field to smaller towns and rural areas as well.
This year we propose to conduct 2 quizzes on Saturday, the 5th September 2015.
The Quiz will be conducted separately for Group-I and Group-II
Group I – 3rd year students of Diploma in Polytechnic and Fashion/Costume Design in Arts Colleges.
Group II – 3rd & 4th year students of Degree in Textile courses in Engineering Colleges.
Each team should consist of two students from the same College. Each college can nominate a maximum of four teams.
Replacement of any participant or interchanging of team members will not be entertained once we receive the registration forms.
The rules of the quiz are subject to review and the decision of the adjudicators is final.
